Registered Exhibitors may schedule one technical presentation during the conference. You will be sent information about the Technical Presentations in your confirmation packet. Presentation assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, until all available slots are filled. After time slots have been filled, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Each room holds approximately 75-100 people, and will be equipped with a screen, LCD, overhead and slide projectors. If you require any additional audio-visual equipment, you will be responsible for the cost. If you have questions, please contact Melissa Hensley at (888) 666-2292.
