ACWA's Regulatory
Affairs Department has a staff of four. While each person handles
miscellaneous issues, following are primary staff assignments:
- Krista Clark,
Director of Regulatory Affairs
Krista is responsible for the general direction and supervision of
the Department. She also has the lead on energy and energy related
regulatory issues, oversees ACWA's Preferred Provider Program, and takes the lead on Safe Drinking Water Act, groundwater, desalination and related issues..
- Dave Bolland,
Senior Regulatory Advocate
Dave takes the lead on Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act
and other fish and wildlife issues, watershed protection and related
issues.
- Danielle Blacet, Regulatory Advocate
Danielle takes the lead on water system security and is involved in a variety of Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act. Endangered Species Act and related issues
- Marcia Wulff, Sr. Coordinator, Energy & Business Services
Marcia provides administrative support for the Department and
handles member/provider coordination in the Preferred Provider Program.
