Dental Plan of California (PPO)
Delta
Dental Plan of California (PPO) has
provided dental benefits to ACWA members
since 1970. Currently there are over 250
employers with over 10,000 employees enrolled
in the plan. Plans are available that cover
up to 100% of diagnostic and preventative
services. Orthodontics benefits for dependents
to age 19 and adult orthodontics options

Flexible
participation options for the Delta Dental
Plan of California are available to ACWA
members. Employers select the benefit plan and
contribution levels desired. Options include
voluntary dependent coverage and varying retiree
premium contributions. All classifications may
be covered, active employees, active directors
and retirees.

Care/PMI (HMO)
Delta
Care/PMI offers an alternative way
to provide for you and your family's dental
care needs economically and conveniently. Delta
Care/PMI was founded on the principle
of delivering quality dental care and preventing
problems before they start. The Delta
Care/PMI program provides coverage
for all reasonable and customary dental care
(subject to contract provisions, limitations
and exclusions) if care is rendered by your
PMI panel dentist. There is no cost for covered
services except for copayments on certain
procedures. Delta Care/PMI advantages
include:
