• Platinum Level: $10,000+
  • Vouchers for four complimentary conference registration "packages" to be used the following year.
  • Banner with logo displayed at Fall Conference.
  • Company logo printed on sponsor tab of fall conference program.
  • Voucher for a complimentary conference exhibit booth to be used the following year.
  • Appreciation plaque to be awarded at the fall conference.

Sponsorship deadlines for the 2008 Fall Conference & Exhibition:

JULY 7, 2008
Confirm your sponsorship by July 7 and your organization will be listed as an official sponsor in all areas where sponsors are recognized; such as in the 2008 Fall Conference & Exhibition promotional brochures, the conference program booklet, other sponsorship signage and recognition received at the conference, such as sponsorship banners and the sponsor PowerPoint presentation displayed during meal functions and throughout the conference.

Sponsorships for these specific items must be confirmed by October 20. Your organization will be listed as an official sponsor in the conference program booklet, along with other sponsorship signage and recognition received at the conference, such as sponsorship banners and the sponsor PowerPoint presentation displayed during meal functions and throughout the conference.

Scholarship Sponsorship Opportunities

ACWA member agencies and associate members are invited to sponsor a $3,000 scholarship (see brochure for details). ACWA has awarded academic scholarships to college-level students in water resources-related fields annually since 1961. Currently ACWA awards three $3,000 academic scholarships each year.

In order to expand ACWA's scholarship program to include more student recipients, ACWA members are invited to sponsor one or more $3,000 scholarships. The scholarships will include the name of the Association and the sponsoring entity. ACWA will administer these scholarships in the same manner as the other three ACWA scholarships.
