ACWA Data Rental Agreement

The Association of California Water Agencies’ database contains information on over 432 public water agencies, 282 associates and 15 affiliates in California. Please read the rental terms below and complete the agreement.

Rental Terms

• Roster labels and data files are sold on a rental basis for one-time use only and may not be copied, reused or supplied to anyone other than the original renter.
• A copy of the material to be mailed must be included with each order.
• If the mailing is for a meeting, conference or workshop, please provide the date, location and purpose.
• Rented information is closely monitored. If you use the list outside the terms of this agreement, an invoice will be issued to you.
• Please allow 2 days processing time for order to be shipped.
