"No Time To Waste" A Blueprint for California Water

Developed by public water agencies throughout the state to spark discussion of our water needs and provide a roadmap for ensuring California has the water supply system it will require in the coming decades.

ACWA’s Blueprint lays out a diverse mix of actions that include investments in both infrastructure and programs to improve water supplies, water use efficiency, water quality and environmental health. Our recommended actions are designed to address short- and long-term statewide water needs, complement and build on local efforts, and promote integrated regional water management plans that will play a critical role in our future.
