ACWA Strategic and Business Plan

The ACWA Board of Directors approved an updated 2011 Strategic and Business Plan in March 2011 to guide activities and resource commitments during the remainder of the Board’s 2010-2011 term.

Since implementation of comprehensive water legislation enacted in November 2009 will be a critical issue for the water community over the next two years, the plan identifies several priority actions related to implementation of the package. The actions are aimed at ensuring that implementation of the legislative package protects and promotes water supply reliability and water quality for all ACWA members.

Actions are also identified to provide continually improving service to ACWA members in a cost-effective manner.
