Become an ACWA Associate or Affiliate

Non-public organizations that promote or support ACWA member agencies may join ACWA as Associates or Affiliates.

Associates

Associates include any private agency, corporation, association of private organization created and operated for purposes compatible with ACWA’s public agency members. Click here to download the ACWA Associate marketing flyer.

As an ACWA Associate, you will learn the latest issues facing your customers and have access to the latest water industry information at your fingertips, which gives you the competitive advantage to tailor your services and products to fit your customers’ needs.

All associates receive:

  • Five subscriptions to ACWA’s monthly printed newsletter ACWA News.
  • Listings on ACWA’s Members, Associates and Affiliates directory.
  • One copy of ACWA’s annual Summary of Legislation. This publication summarizes all enacted legislation ACWA followed during the prior year.
  • Opportunities to participate in the sponsorship levels allowing you to receive special benefits and level recognition at ACWA’s Fall Conference.
  • Access to “Member-only” content on ACWA’s website, including publications, member tools and newsletters.
  • Pay 50% less than Non-Associates on all ACWA conferences, events, products, and ACWA sponsorship & advertising opportunities and 100% less on exhibit space.
  • Access to ACWA Associate logo to highlight your partnership with ACWA on your website, social media and printed materials.
  • Access to benefits and insurance programs through ACWA JPIA.

Associate Fee: $1,275 per year

Associate Application

Please note: Associate term is based on calendar year (January 1 – December 31) regardless of join date. No proration of annual support payment will be applied.

Affiliates

Affiliates include mutual water companies, any private, nonprofit mutual water company or other private nonprofit organization created and operated for the purpose of controlling, treating, acquiring, using or supplying water for any purpose within California.

All affiliates receive:

  • Five subscriptions to ACWA’s monthly printed newsletter ACWA News.
  • Listings on ACWA’s Members, Associates and Affiliates directory.
  • One copy of ACWA’s annual Summary of Legislation. This publication summarizes all enacted legislation ACWA followed during the prior year.
