Attorneys Program: “Social Networking or Notworking?”

This program and its presentations were featured at ACWA's 2010 Spring Conference

The panelists discussed how social media and networking fits into the workplace, the problems it creates in terms of IT security and risk, wage and hour matters, and the publishing of private information and how employers may or may not use what they know about an employee’s private life. The panel also discussed the development of policies and creating a generationally unbiased work environment.
