ACWA Region 4 hosted a tour of Folsom Dam on Wednesday, September 29; the program discussed dam safety and flood protection for the Sacramento Valley.  This program featured a discussion and hands-on tour from the Bureau of Reclamation followed by an afternoon panelist discussion.
