Regional Affairs Representatives

Marcia Wulff

Prior to joining ACWA in 1994, Marcia Wulff was a small business owner. As senior administrative coordinator in the Regulatory Affairs Department, she was liaison to the ACWA Energy Committee and developed and promoted the ACWA Preferred Provider Program. In May 2009, she moved to the Communications / Outreach Department as a regional affairs representative, where she represents ACWA’s Regions 1, 2, 3 and 5 in the field. She is an informational / policy resource and liaison between the regions and ACWA.

Tiffany Giammona

Tiffany Giammona has served as ACWA's regional affairs representative for five years. Tiffany currently serves ACWA's Southern California regions 8, 9 & 10.  Prior to ACWA, Tiffany worked for a Sacramento-based consulting firm, focusing on public affairs and grassroots outreach for statewide and national campaigns. Before jumping into the communications arena, Tiffany spent four years as a paralegal for a leading law firm in Phoenix, AZ. Tiffany holds a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in French from California State University, Chico. Tiffany is a Northern California native and resides in Rocklin with her husband and two children. 

Ravi Kahlon

Prior to ACWA, Ravi Kahlon worked with the California State Legislature for nearly 10 years, where her positions ranged from policy director to legislative consultant. As a regional affairs representative, she represents ACWA’s Regions 4, 6 and 7 which range from Sacramento to Kern County. Ravi holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of California, Davis.
