ACWA Comments on Regulatory Concepts for Surface Water Protection Regarding Pesticides

The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) appreciates the opportunity to provide the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) input regarding the Department’s regulatory concepts for surface water protection associated with pesticide applications. We appreciate the efforts by DPR to protect surface water from potentially significant adverse effects of specific pesticides.
