2012 Utility Management Conference

This conference is jointly sponsored by the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and held in cooperation with the Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA). 

A new concept for the 2012 conference is the Utility Leader Forum. Water and wastewater managers and professionals will gather to hear the latest approaches, practices, processes, techniques, case studies, and research in all aspects of utility management next year in Miami, Florida. Sessions will tie into the Ten Attributes of Effectively Managed Water Sector Utilities and the five Keys to Management Success.

The Ten Attributes and the Five Keys present a framework for water sector utilities to balance the competing challenges they face on a daily basis and help identify strategies that enable them to become more effective and ultimately more sustainable organizations.
