Management Systems. This tour offers a firsthand look and discussion of
the flood managements programs, land-use, farming, conservation and
urban issues.
Wide-range of speakers from government to agricultural and conservation
leaders will provide in-depth conversations on the Yolo Bypass and its
influence in the surrounding communities.
