ACWA Emissary Award Deadline Extended to Oct. 14

To allow agencies more time to nominate deserving individuals, the deadline to submit nominations for the 2011 ACWA Emissary Award has been extended to Friday, Oct. 14.

 

Established in 2006, the award recognizes remarkable contributions by ACWA member volunteers in advancing California water initiatives and the association's mission. Individuals demonstrate leadership in the course of service on ACWA committees; advocacy / outreach at local, state and / or federal levels; and commitment of time and expertise for the benefit of an ACWA program or issue.
