Comments on Proposed Agricultural Water Measurement Regulation Due Oct. 7
A modified version of a proposed regulation for agricultural water measurement is available for comment through Friday, Oct. 7.
The proposed regulation is based on a temporary regulation adopted in June and comes as result of SBX7 7, passed by the Legislature and signed by the governor in 2009. The revised regulation and the instructions for submitting comments are on the DWR website.
