ACWA Submits Comment Letter on BDCP Agreement
Calling the Bay-Delta Conservation Plan a key avenue for recovering the Delta ecosystem and water supply reliability, ACWA urged the U.S. Department of Interior this week to leave intact a recent agreement regarding the BDCP process.
In a letter submitted Nov. 16, ACWA called the memorandum of agreement (MOA) among state, federal and local agencies an important document to help ensure the BPDC process stays on track and produces a plan that enhances the state economy and the Delta environment.
