Draft BDCP Documents Available for Review

A series of preliminary draft BDCP and environmental review chapters are now available for public review and consideration.

These documents fall into two categories: preliminary Draft BDCP documents, and preliminary Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) documents. This information does not take the place of formal "public review" as pursuant to state and federal requirements. View the documents.

A public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m. to discuss the new BDCP document review process, provide an update on the Effects Analysis and findings to date, and share updates on issues currently being discussed in the working groups. View the meeting agenda.
