2017 Omnibus Appropriations Bill Passes Both Houses of Congress

Both the House and Senate passed this week a $1 trillion omnibus spending bill that will hold off shutdown scares and fund the government at updated levels through the end of September. The legislation passed the House on a 309-118 vote and the Senate by 79-18.  The bill goes next to President Trump for his signature.
