EPA to host Webinar on Consumer Confidence Reports

On February 23 from 2 to 4pm EST, EPA will host a listening session to gather information on enhancing the communication and delivery of Consumer Confidence Reports. Topics to be discussed include alternative delivery options such as email; CCR delivery certification resource burdens; use of CCRs to meet Tier 3 public notification requirements; and how contaminant levels are reported in the CCR.
