Huell starts at California State University, Fresno’s Water and Energy Technology Incubator to get the latest on water-efficiency technology, and then finishes with a visit to Patterson Irrigation District, where new projects are under way to re-use water, save energy and improve water quality in the nearby San Joaquin River.
