Guidelines for Conduct and AB 1234 Compliance (2006)

These guidelines are a tool for ACWA members to use as they deem appropriate to assist in preparing or updating a comprehensive set of written policies to inform both elected officials and the general public of the ethical standards their public officials are expected to meet in conducting the public’s business.

While these guidelines are designed specifically for directors, ACWA recommends that water agencies adopt additional guidelines for management and other water agency employees.
