Q: How long does it take for my job posting to appear online?
A: Online ads will immediately after being reviewed and accepted by ACWA, unless you have selected to run the ad in conjunction with the ACWA News print ad. In the later case, your ad will run on the 1st day for which the printed issue is scheduled.

Q: How long do positions remain posted?
A: Each issue is a 14 day period. If you selected 2 issues, then the add will run for 28 days.

Q: What is the deadline for ACWA News?
A: See the Classified Ads Schedule.

Q: How long do resumes remain posted?
A: Resumes remain posted for 6 months.

Q: How can I renew an expired posting?
A: Your posting can be renewed by going to MY ACCOUNT, PREVIOUS POSTINGS and selecting the ad you would like to renew.  Click on REVISE AD and edit the ad as desired and select a new starting issue date.  Click on REVIEW.  If your ad is correct, select SUBMIT.

Q: How can I renew a posting about to expire?
A: Your posting can be renewed by going to MY ACCOUNT, then to PREVIOUS POSTINGS and selecting the ad you would like to extend.  Click on REVISE AD and select the number of additional issues desired.  Click REVIEW.  If your ad is correct, select SUBMIT. 

Q: How can I edit a current posting?
A: Your posting can be edited by going to MY ACCOUNT, then to JOB POSTINGS and selecting the ad you would like to edit.  Click on REVISE AD and edit the ad as desired.  When your edits are complete, click REVIEW and SUBMIT. Note: Changes for ads scheduled to print in ACWA News will not be accepted after the deadline.

Q: How can I edit MY ACCOUNT information?
A: Your information can be edited by selecting MY ACCOUNT and entering the desired changes.  After all of your changes have been entered, click UPDATE INFO.

Q: How can I change my password?
A: Your information can be edited by selecting MY ACCOUNT and entering the desired changes.  After all of your changes have been entered, click UPDATE INFO.

Q: How can I change my e-mail address?
A: Your email address cannot be changed. If you need to change your email address, you will have to re-register using the new address.

Q: What options exist for billing?
A: ACWA accepts checks, credit cards or billing.  If requesting ACWA to bill your agency, please include your agency’s purchase order number, if required.

Q: Which credit cards does ACWA accept?
A: Visa and MasterCard.

Q: What is the cost to run an ad?
A: See below chart. Tip: If you paste your ad text into the online classifieds form and select CALCULATE, your word count and total will be automatically tabulated. Changes may still be made to your ad copy from that screen.
