ACWA Events

If you are unable to attend an ACWA event that you have registered for and would like to send a substitute, contact the ACWA office at 916-441-4545. To cancel a registration, refund requests may be made by phone, but must be confirmed in writing to the ACWA office at 910 K Street, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA, 95814, prior to the event registration deadline. A $50 handling fee will be charged for all registration refunds.

No refunds will be granted after registration deadlines.

ACWA Products

If, after receiving a product you want to return it for a full refund, contact the ACWA office at 916-441-4545 to obtain return instructions. All products that are returned must be in the same condition as received and must be re-sellable. Items that are received in a damaged condition may be replaced by calling the ACWA office at 916-441-4545.
