The Opportunity: We’re seeking a Manager of Water Resources to lead our department in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is based in San Andreas, with flexibility for remote work and travel. The department works on water rights, forest management, SGMA implementation, FERC relicensing, and environmental programs, while building relationships with key State, Federal, and local agencies. What We’re Looking For: Experience with complex water rights (5+ years preferred, ideally in California); strong research, policy, and project management skills; and a collaborative communicator.
