  • We will be shining a brighter spotlight on our keynote speakers by featuring them on a main stage that is accessible to all attendees.

Does ACWA offer a hotel block?

ACWA secures a courtesy hotel block to offer registered conference attendees hotel rooms at a discounted group rate. For the 2023 Fall Conference & Expo, ACWA negotiated with the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Hyatt Regency Resort for the largest hotel room block possible. Please note that the Hyatt Regency Resort has a planned renovation that may impact available hotel rooms and some amenities. ACWA has secured an additional hotel block at the nearby Miramonte Resort.

Are there other hotels that are close to the ACWA Fall Conference?

Absolutely! The Indian Wells and Palms Springs area is a popular conference location. ACWA recognizes that the hotel rooms held under ACWA’s group room block are filling up quickly at the Renaissance Esmeralda, Hyatt Regency and Miramonte Resorts. As a courtesy, we’ve also provided a list of nearby hotels HERE for your reference. (No ACWA group rate is available at these other properties.)

How do I register for the ACWA JPIA Conference?

While ACWA’s conferences are held concurrently with the ACWA JPIA conference, they are separate events. For more information about the ACWA JPIA conference, including registration details, please contact Laura Baryak at lbaryak@acwajpia.com
