Cancellations Deadline: October 6, 2023, 5 p.m. (PST) to receive reimbursement. Cancellation must be in writing. Substitutions can be made by requesting it in writing by October 7. Both Day 1 Tour & Day 2 Water Forum

ACWA Regions 6 & 7 is co-hosting a two-day event that will include a bus tour on Thursday, October 12 followed by the annual San Joaquin Valley Water Forum on Friday, October 13.

The tour will visit several multi benefit projects in the San Joaquin Valley and highlight investments and innovation happening at the local level to secure a sustainable water supply for San Joaquin Valley communities and agriculture. The tour will also focus on regional flooding impacts and provide attendees an opportunity to visit the newly formed Tulare Lake, to get a better sense of the historical significance and local impacts.

The following day, Regions 6 & 7 will host its annual San Joaquin Valley Water Forum to discuss San Joaquin Valley policy issues. The program will highlight industry experts to reflect on the current issues affecting the San Joaquin Valley, including Regional Flooding Impacts, and SGMA. Attendees will also receive a priority update from the leadership of both ACWA and ACWA JPIA.
