Your training experience will begin upon registration and culminate in a virtual experience where you will engage in and learn about additional online water activities – with a focus on the impact of drought on water resources in Solano County and Project WET conservation activities to engage your students. Solano County Teachers of all subjects are welcome, as well as Grade Level of Department Teams, S.T.E.A.M./S.T.E.M. Coordinators, Learning Academy Teams, Curriculum Coaches, Department Chairs and School Administrators – All are welcome to register! In addition to experiencing Project WET digital learning tools and doing WET activities online, you’ll learn about Project WET activity connections to Next Generation Science and Common Core Standards and programs to engage students in local citizen science or stewardship opportunities. All participants will receive a free copy of Project WET Guide 2.0 with access to over 110 water education activities and detailed NGSS correlations, plus an opportunity to register for CEU credits.
