Earn CLE Credit: Videos from ACWA’s 2017 CLE Workshop Now Available for Purchase by Emily Allshouse Jan 16, 2018 Water News Held on Nov. 28, 2017, ACWA’s Legal Affairs Committee CLE Workshop provided continuing legal education for water professionals and covered a number of topics including CEQA Litigation, the WIIN Act, Proposition 218 and 26 Cases, and Utility Relocation and Public Projects. Water professionals from cities, water agencies, and water districts around the state attended the workshop, which was held in conjunction with the ACWA 2017 Fall Conference & Exhibition in Anaheim. If you missed the workshop, you may now purchase the recorded workshop as a four-section package of videos on ACWA’s website. The video package is being offered for $125 for members and $185 for non-members. Sessions in this workshop qualify for up to six hours of California MCLE general credit. To be eligible for credit, a participant must watch the session in part, or in its entirety to receive full credit, and provide applicable verification code(s) noted within the video on the Attendance Certification Form included with purchase confirmation.
