WVWD Announces Launch of New Website by West Valley Water District Jan 31, 2024 Member Submitted News RIALTO – The West Valley Water District (WVWD) Board of Directors announced the successful launch of their newly redesigned website which aims to provide users with an intuitive and accessible experience while increasing awareness of District projects, programs and services through an improved interface and design. “We are excited to announce the launch of this new website which allows us to align our digital platform with our commitment to communication, transparency and efficiency,” said General Manager John Thiel. Key features of the website include: User-friendly search function to help users navigate and easily find critical information; Improved accessibility to allow all users access to WVWD’s online resources; and A refreshed and responsive design for optimal viewing across devices Throughout 2024, the WVWD team is committed to ongoing updates that will further enhance the website’s functionality. Plans include the implementation of features allowing users to initiate and terminate water service, as well as apply for rebates directly through the website.
