Attracting and engaging the next generation of water professionals and leaders has emerged as a key priority for California water agencies.

“The New Wave,” a short film produced by award-winning strategic communications firm CV Strategies in partnership with ACWA, premiered Dec. 1 at the ACWA 2016 Fall Conference and Exhibition in Anaheim. The film showcases next-generation success stories from Northern California, to the Central Valley and to Southern California, painting a geographically diverse picture to fully depict the evolution of one of California’s most essential industries.
