For more than 100 years, ACWA has provided leadership and a unified voice for California's public water agencies as they worked to provide a reliable water supply for communities, farms and businesses
ACWA is the largest coalition of public water agencies in California, and our strength is our membership. We bring water together by uniting around the policy and legislative interests of our diverse array of members, who supply water to cities, homes, farms and businesses in every corner of the state. Members drive our ambitious agenda through their organizational leadership, technical and geographical expertise, and grassroots activism and outreach.
In turn, ACWA members benefit from the power of a united voice on policy and legislative matters. Members can also access valuable programs and services that help them reduce costs, stay informed, get involved and run their operations effectively. Whether you are a small agricultural irrigation district or a large municipal water supplier, ACWA belongs to you. Learn more by watching ACWA 101 and learning how to maximize your membership.
ACWA membership is open to any public agency, special district or organization created and operated for the purpose of managing, treating, acquiring, using or supplying water for any purpose within California.
