The Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) has posted an online retrospective and look ahead at California water issues since its founding thirty years ago.

Functioning as a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank, the PPIC’s mission is to inform and improve public policy in California through independent, objective, nonpartisan research. Water issues have played a prominent role, and staff experts from the PPIC’s Water Policy Center shared their perspectives through a Q&A-formatted blog post.
