Cave has been named to the Orange County Business Council Board of Directors. “I am honored to join the Orange County Business Council in supporting our local business community and promoting economic growth for the region,” said Board President Cave, who has more than four decades of experience working for public utilities. As President of Moulton Niguel Water District, Cave has advanced sustainable water policy, secured federal infrastructure grants and overseen the District’s award-winning financial and operational performance. In 2024, the California Association of Sanitation Agencies awarded Moulton Niguel with its “Innovation & Resiliency” Award in recognition of the District’s innovative retrofit of a local Advanced Wastewater Treatment system. In addition to Cave, the Business Council added two new board members: Sydney Aylward, Relationship Executive of Government Banking for JPMorgan Chase, and Thomas A.
