This initiative aims to address widespread concerns and provide assistance for those encountering difficulties with their insurance coverage. In recent months, many homeowners in our community have reported problems with their insurance policies, including higher premiums and coverage disputes. Recognizing the crucial role that both fire safety and water services play in property protection, the SMFD and VWD have come together to offer clarity and support. Residents with homeowners insurance coverage issues are encouraged to download the letter and submit it to their insurance company.
