The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) respectfully submits comments regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) notice regarding its Nationwide Permit (NWPs) Program. ACWA appreciates USACE’s efforts towards more efficient permitting for water infrastructure projects and encourages these activities be regulated in manners that do not adversely impact water quality, supply, and affordability.
