The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) respectfully submits comments regarding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposal to modify regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). ACWA supports EPA efforts to develop coordinated, consistent, predictable, and timely NEPA processes and encourages EPA to do so in a manner that meets the nation’s water management needs.
