What You’ll Do: Lead and manage core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, and performance management Advise managers and employees on workplace matters, interpret policies and employment laws, and implement practical solutions that foster a positive and compliant work environment Develop and execute talent strategies focused on attracting, retaining, developing, and engaging high-performing employees Oversee HR programs, systems, policies, training, and workforce initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and long-term success Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive Salary: The JPIA anticipates hiring at $153,496, which represents the top of the first third of the established salary range, $131,568 – $197,353.
