What You’ll Do: Administer payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing, tax reporting, and compliance with applicable requirements. Manage payroll reporting, retirement contributions, and employee benefit remittances while maintaining accurate financial records. Reconcile payroll, bank, and general ledger accounts; prepare journal entries and support financial audits. Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of payroll and accounting operations.
