The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) appreciates the opportunity to provide
public comments to the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) on the draft
Scientific Basis Report Supplement for the Tuolumne River Voluntary Agreement Proposal (draft SBR). ACWA represents more than 465 public water agencies that collectively deliver
approximately 90% of the water in California for domestic, agricultural, and industrial uses.
