Carol Lee Gonzales-Brady

Carol Lee Gonzales-Brady was elected to the Rancho California Water District (RCWD)’s Board of Directors in 2017 and re-elected in 2022, serving two terms as Board President. Gonzales-Brady joined ACWA in 2017 and became a Region 9 Director in 2019, serving as Vice Chair for the 2024-25 term. In 2024 she was honored to be elected by the ACWA Board to the Executive Committee. She is also on the Board of Trustees of Southern California Water Coalition and the Board of Directors of Urban Water Institute.

In December 2025, Gonzales-Brady was elected Vice President of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) for a two-year term.
