Adopted by the Board of Directors on Nov. 22, 2013, as required by Section 4.12 of the Bylaws of the Association of California Water Agencies, as amended May 9, 2012 and Nov. 30, 2022. Revised by the Board of Directors on July 31, 2015, Feb. 3, 2023, and Nov 17, 2023.
