Exhibit booth space (8’ deep x 10’ wide) includes 8’ draped back wall and 3’ draped side walls. Exhibitor I.D. Sign and Number Conference Registration for three (3) allotted Exhibit booth personnel – including the ability to attend any sessions. (Meals are purchased separately.) . Pre-conference and post-conference attendees list Listing on the Conference Mobile App with your company name, booth number, description, contact information, hyperlink to company website, and direct link to booth location on Exhibit hall map. Listing in official conference program booklet distributed to all attendees with your company name, booth number, description, and contact information. Company description listed on ACWA website. Each booth staff receives 2 drink tickets to the Welcome Reception. **Table and chairs are not included. AES has created a special discounted package for ACWA exhibitors for $180 plus tax which includes either a 4ft or 6ft table with two chairs. Order before November 8, 2019 for special pricing. After the deadline pricing goes up 30% to $234 plus taxes. Furniture, electricity and internet access are NOT included, but you may order through AES. Hotel reservations must be made online through ACWA’s provided link that you will receive in your email. You aren’t able to call the hotels or book online to receive group rate. Rooms sell out quickly so don’t wait to reserve your hotel rooms. IMPORTANT: Registered exhibitors/booth staff will receive an email from ACWA with the hotel registration link.
