Learn from State Water Project experts about the dam and hydroelectric capabilities, while county officials share experiences and perspectives regarding the spillway damage and consequent evacuations in 2017. Finish the tour with lunch and guided or self-guided tours of the Oroville Dam Visitors Center, with interactive exhibits and movie theater. Preliminary program agenda now available Event Highlights: Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea will be in attendance- Listen to Sheriff Honea reflect on the physical and emotional impact the spillway damage and evacuations had on surrounding residents.
