The electronic Annual Report (eAR) for reporting year (RY) 2023 is scheduled to be released on February 1, 2024. All public water systems are required to complete an eAR under the January 2024 eAR technical reporting order located HERE. You will be able to access the RY2023 eAR via the eAR Portal after its release date. Once it is released, the 2023 eAR is due to be submitted by April 1, 2024. New this year, you are now able to view the RY2023 blank template on our eAR website to view the content of the eAR without logging into your account. Additionally, you will find helpful information assisting you with the eAR reporting process on this site. If you cannot find an answer on the website, you may also contact your local regulatory agency: DDW District Offices or Local Primacy Agency – County Environmental Health Agencies or send an email to DDW-EAR@waterboards.ca.gov. We will be offering eAR Reporting Training Brown Bags throughout the eAR reporting period.
