ACWA Webinar Will Highlight Agency Operations During COVID-19 Crisis by Will Holbert Apr 7, 2020 Water News ACWA will host an informational webinar on April 9 titled, “COVID-19 Response: Rising to Meet New Challenges,” to help member agencies navigate the COVID-19 crisis. The webinar will feature representatives from member agencies across the state sharing how they are addressing new operational challenges in response to the COVID-19 crisis while protecting water operations and district employees. Other Resources A new approximately 30-second ACWA-produced video helps communicate that tap water remains safe to drink, as well as the importance of keeping products such as wipes out of plumbing and pipes. Members can download the video and utilize it to educate their communities and customers. A private Facebook Group has been created to help members stay socially connected while honoring “Stay Home.
