Promote ACWA’s Scholarship Opportunities Now by ACWA Staff Dec 24, 2025 Water News ACWA has updated its Scholarships Toolkit to help member agencies promote various ACWA scholarship opportunities for the 2026-’27 academic year. The scholarship toolkit, available for members online, includes sample social media posts and graphics, a sample newsletter and a website widget. The following scholarships are being offered for the 2026-’27 academic year to qualified graduate and undergraduate students majoring in law and water resources-related fields. Interested applicants must apply by March 1. Arthur L. Littleworth Best Best & Krieger Scholarship, one $10,000 award sponsored by BBK that will be distributed evenly over four years ($2,500 per year) Clair A. Hill Scholarship, one $5,000 award sponsored by Jacobs Edward G. “Jerry” Gladbach Scholarship, one $5,000 award sponsored by SCV Water ACWA Water Law and Policy Scholarship, one $5,000 award Stephen K.
