On behalf of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA), I am writing to highlight specific priorities of our members in the climate bond implementation. ACWA represents approximately 470 public water agencies that are collectively responsible for 90 percent of the water delivered to communities, farms, and businesses in California.
