The ReMAT Parties request that the Commission promptly adopt the PD and re-open the Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff (“ReMAT”) without further delay. None of the comments submitted on the PD justify further postponing the Commission’s duty to adopt a PURPA-compliant standard offer contract (“SOC”) for qualifying facilities (“QFs”) of 20 megawatts or less.
