Improved Management of California’s Headwaters outlines ACWA’s updated Headwaters Policy Principles, which were adopted by the ACWA Board of Directors in late 2019. The principles are divided into the following four sections:

  • Improved Planning, Coordination and Implementation;
  • Managing Headwaters’ Resources;
  • Research; and
  • Financing Headwaters Improvements.
